TWO WEEKS OF SACRED SITES, HOPI WISDOM,
CRYSTAL SKULLS AND PERSONAL TRANSFORMATION
Omega Institute, Rhinebeck, NY
June 7-12
In this workshop we explore our fundamental assumptions about the nature of reality. We use "Ten Assumptions For A New Paradigm", a multi-cultural strategy for replacing outdated core beliefs, to lead us to a trust-based understanding of the conscious, loving nature of the Universe.
Participants learn
• that many of our most basic assumptions came to us without conscious intent
• how deeply these unconscious assumptions affect and distort our lives
• how to examine and replace out-moded core beliefs with new ideas
• how the indigenous worldview supports these "new" ideas
• how recent discoveries in Western science affirm the indigenous worldview
• how to construct a whole new reality based on a new set of assumptions
• how to live consciously in the Trust Frequency by exercising one's free will
The
workshop sessions are divided into three segments of about 40 minutes each:
information, contemplation, and dialogue, with breaks for spontaneous drumming,
movement, and song. Sunday evening viewing of the film IN SEARCH OF THE FUTURE with the filmmakers. Tuesday wisdom-sharing with Tlakaelel.
TLAKAELEL
Hailing from Teotihuican, Mexico, the 79-year-old Mexica-Tolteca elder features
prominently in the film IN SEARCH OF THE FUTURE.
He is one of the most extraordinary and eloquent indigenous shamans alive
today, with a powerful grasp of both shamanic reality and quantum science. He
travels the world sharing ceremonies and speaking about the common origin and
basic unity of all peoples of the four colors, reminding us that we are truly
cosmic citizens sharing this small planet Earth. His message is one of
universal brotherhood and peace and of the indispensable value of Indigenous
Wisdom to all of us in the modern world.
Participants please wear loose clothing; bring drums and rattles.
This workshop is for individuals ready for profound personal change, as well as personal growth professionals seeking original ideas and techniques for their client-work.
